Refund and Return Policy

Please Contact Us should you wish to request a refund and return The Castor Oil Goddess order.

1.1. Our refund policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act 2008 of South Africa.

1.2. Should you upon receipt of your product find that the goods do not satisfy your expectation or are faulty you can, per the specifications below, return your goods and The Castor Oil Goddess will either refund or replace the product.

1.3. Returns will be collected from the delivery address provided at your cost.

1.4. Goods can be returned provided:
1.4.1. It is undamaged
1.4.2. Unused.
1.4.3. In its original packaging
1.4.4. Not missing any accessories or parts
1.4.5. Return was logged within 7 (seven) working days of delivery.
1.4.6. Please note: For Hygiene purposes the Castor Oil Compress Pack will not be returnable, hence no refund will be processed. Please ensure you check the correct sizing of the Castor Oil Compress Pack being ordered before finalising your order.

1.5. If the wrong product was accidentally delivered to you, this website must be notified of such error within 1 (one) working day of delivery. Such erroneous products will be collected from the delivery address after inspection and validation, either the correct product will be sent to you or you will be refunded the paid amount.

1.6. Should a product be damaged upon delivery, notify this website within 1 (one) working day of such delivery. Such damaged product will be collected from the delivery address after inspection and validation, either the product will be replaced or you will be refunded the paid amount.  Please follow these steps to report and submit the damaged products:
1.6.1 Inspect the package for any visible damage in the presence of the Courier Delivery Person.
1.6.2 Take a photo of the damages and e-mail info@thecastoroilgoddess.com.
1.6.3 Keep all boxes and packaging.
1.6.4 Report damage/s to the Courier Delivery Person and Courier Company.
1.6.5 Contact us about the damages within 24 hours of delivery.
1.6.6 Insured orders that are lost or damaged cannot be replaced until the claim has been paid.

1.7. If you fail to return all the accessories and parts sold with the returned product, The Castor Oil Goddess is by law entitled to refuse acceptance of such return, only return the received portion of the product or only refund you for the estimated value of the returned product without the missing accessories and parts.
