1. The castor oil compress pack is polyurethane free and eco-friendly.

2. The castor oil compress pack is reusable and easy to use.

1. If it is child’s first time using the kidscastor oil compress pack, we suggest washing it before use. Refer to the section about cleaning your castor oil compress pack.

2. Lay the castor oil compress pack on a flat surface with the label facing the surface.

3. Place 1 – 2 tablespoons of castor oil in the compress pack center. Fold the compress pack in half and blot the compress pack to distribute the castor oil evenly, avoiding the compress pack seams.

4. Place the pack on your child’s Liver, below the rib cage on the right-hand side of your body. Research recommends that the castor oil compress pack be used on the Liver first before being used elsewhere on the body. Tie the castor oil compress straps in place. Always supervise your child while wearing their pack as straps can be a choking hazard.

5. Should your child wear the castor oil compress pack daily, the compress pack should be saturated; therefore add a tablespoon to the compress pack daily. Use your discretion on how much castor oil you would need depending on the castor oil compress pack size.

6. Your child should wear old clothes that you won't mind staining from the castor oil should there be any leakages.

7. Use old sheets and towels when using the castor oil compress pack.

8. Should yourchild sleep with the castor oil compress pack, use the mattress protector or protection you choose.Always supervise your child while wearing their pack as straps can be a choking hazard.

9. PLEASE NOTE: For hygiene purposes, one should not share the castor oil compress packs. Each family member or friend should have their castor oil compress pack.

1. First time washing your castor oil compress pack

• a. Wash your castor oil compress pack before using the pack the first time. Wash the pack using a natural washing liquid or soap.

2. Washing the castor oil compress pack

• a. There are two initial options to wash your castor oil compress pack:

Option 1:

1. Make a paste with bicarbonate of soda and the natural laundry liquid or soap.

2. Rub the paste on the saturated castor oil compress pack.

3. Leave the paste on overnight.

4. The next morning, wash the pack, wringing out the excess water.

5. Take an old towel that you don't mind staining. Lay the castor oil compress pack against the towel, rolling the compress pack up while blotting out any remaining oil residue.

6. Hang the castor oil compress pack out to dry.

7. We recommend washing the castor oil pack every day or after every 2-3 uses, according to your preference. To extend the lifespan of the castor oil pack, consider air-drying when practical. Please note the recommended washing frequency can vary depending on individual use and preference. One should listen to their body, when you feel that you are not benefiting from the castor oil pack, please replace the compress pack accordingly.

Option 2:

1. Soak the castor oil compress pack overnight in a bowl in a mixture of hot water, bicarbonate of soda and natural laundry liquid or soap.

2. The next morning, wash the pack, wringing out the excess water.

3. Take an old towel that you don't mind staining. Lay the castor oil compress pack against the towel, rolling the compress pack up while blotting out any remaining oil residue.

4. Hang the castor oil compress pack out to dry.

5.We recommend washing the castor oil pack every day or after every 2-3 uses, according to your preference. To extend the lifespan of the castor oil pack, consider air-drying when practical. 1. Store your castor oil compress pack in a glass container after the first use. Glass containers is preferred as plastic chemicals maybe absorbed by the castor oil.

2. It is suggested to place the glass container in the refrigerator.

3. Take the glass container out of the refrigerator a few hours before use. It is advised not to place the cold castor oil compress pack on your body.

4. Have a separate glass container for each family member’s castor oil compress pack, label the containers accordingly with the person's name.

1. Do not use Castor Oil and Castor Oil packs if you are pregnant. If you trying to fall pregnant then cease the castor oil compress after ovulation.

2. When using Castor Oil for the first time, please perform a skin patch test on a small area.

3. When using the castor oil compress pack for the first time, start slowly for an hour, then gradually increase the time to use the castor oil compress pack.

4. Should you have any allergic reaction, please refrain from using the castor oil and castor oil compress pack immediately and seek advice from your medical practitioner.

5. Always supervise the use of castor oil and the castor oil compress pack with your children. Always supervise your child while wearing their pack as the straps can be a choking hazard.
